Sandra Norris

Sandra Norris, ABCP, MCBPM, 6σ Blackbelt, is currently working as the Manager of Technology Projects and System Support at York Region. Sandra has a Masters in Municipal Leadership and Business from Schulich School of Business. Sandra has extensive experience in various managerial roles within different companies and industries, focusing on quality assurance, business improvement, and process design. Sandra is also recognized for their expertise in Six Sigma methodology and has a Masters in Business Process Management from University of San Francisco. Recently, Sandra has been actively involved in the COVID19 response efforts as the Logistics Chief for the Community & Health Services Department Emergency Operations.
