Vania Draguieva

Vania Draguieva is an accomplished legal professional specializing in construction law, corporate and commercial law, and administrative law. Currently serving as Senior Associate Counsel for the Regional Municipality of York, Vania provides comprehensive legal advice, risk management strategies, and represents the Region in various legal proceedings. Previous experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at the Ontario Clean Water Agency, where Vania offered strategic legal guidance and successfully negotiated numerous agreements. Earlier roles involved legal research and drafting at the Law Society of Ontario and contract management at The Advantage Group International, Inc. Vania's educational background includes an LLB/JD from the University of Ottawa, a summer class in International Private Law from The Hague Academy, and ongoing master's studies at University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
