Natalie Cuthill

Natalie Cuthill is a skilled legal professional specializing in labour and employment law. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for People and Culture at the City of Burnaby since May 2022, Natalie provides legal advice and representation on employment, labour, human rights, and privacy law matters. Previously, Natalie held the position of Associate at Roper Greyell LLP from September 2019 to May 2022, advising employers across Canada and British Columbia. Prior to that role, Natalie worked as an Associate at McMillan LLP, focusing on commercial litigation and various legal matters from May 2015 to September 2019. Natalie's legal journey began with an articling position at the University of Alberta and included internships and roles that provided valuable experience in legal research and public service.
