Carole Galsworthy

Carole Galsworthy has held various leadership positions in the housing and logistics industries. Currently serving as Salesforce Product Owner at Yorkshire Housing, and previously as Head of Change and Programme Delivery at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. With a background in managing improvement programs and overseeing the introduction of new systems, Carole has a strong track record in driving organizational change and innovation. Prior to their housing roles, Carole managed the UK operation for Kiala UK and held customer service and logistics roles at Reality UK. Carole holds a BA Hons in Humanities from the University of Wolverhampton.
