Vikkii Chamberlain

Vikkii Chamberlain has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vikkii most recently worked at Yorkshire Housing as a Culture Lead and previously as a Learning & Organisation Development Manager. Prior to that, they served as a People & Organisation Development Manager at St. Leger Homes. Before joining St. Leger Homes, they held the position of Head Of Organisational Excellence at Centrepoint. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Talent Development at Arts Council England and as an Organisational Development Consultant at Warwickshire County Council. Vikkii also held the role of Business Development Manager at Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service and started their career as a Business Manager at Reed.

Vikkii Chamberlain received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Literature from the University of Liverpool in 1999. Vikkii then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Work Psychology and Organizational Behaviour from Aston Business School from 2015 to 2018, earning a distinction. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Lumina Spark Practitioner and Lumina Spark Emotion Practitioner from Lumina Learning, MBTI Stage 1 and Stage 2 from OPP, and Hogan Leadership Behaviours in 2012.
