Carrie Kibler

Carrie Kibler is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Yosemite since August 2023, Carrie previously held the position of Investment Counsel at Emerson Collective from May 2019 to August 2023. Prior to that, Carrie worked as a Corporate Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati for nearly 13 years, from June 2006 to May 2019. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from UC San Diego.
