Janet Fisher is an accomplished human resources professional with a robust background in people management, culture development, and learning and development. Currently serving as Vice President of People, Culture and Learning & Development at Yoshinoya America since March 2015, Janet has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Sr. Director and Director positions. Prior to Yoshinoya, experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Real Mex Restaurants, Inc. and Human Resources Generalist at Porto's Bakery, Inc. A notable tenure also includes a long-standing role at Albertsons as Education Specialist. Janet holds two master's degrees in Legal Studies from Arizona State University, along with a BBA in Business Management from Northwood University and an AA in Business Management from Cerritos College.
