Jason Bennermon (He/Him)

Jason Bennermon has had extensive work experience in human resources. Jason started their career in 1982 at Jeans West, holding various positions and eventually becoming a Regional Manager. Jason then joined Speedo Authentic Fitness in 1998 as the GM for Special Projects. In 2003, they became the Merchandise Manager at AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at AEG in various roles, including Manager of Human Resources and Project Manager. During their time at AEG, they implemented new policies, managed recruitment, facilitated training, and handled employee relations. Jason then joined Rank + Rally in 2018 as a Manager of Human Resources, where they continued to develop HR policies, manage recruitment, conduct training, and provide employee support. In 2021, they worked at GFASHION LA as a Manager of Human Resources, where they restructured management guidelines and established HR policies. Jason is currently working at Levy Restaurants as a Human Resources Manager and Manager of Human Resources, focusing on employee relations and HR policies. In 2022, they also took on the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at MELON.

Jason Bennermon attended Pearl City High School from 1978 to 1981, where they obtained a general education degree. Jason then went on to Idaho State University from 1981 to 1985, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, Jason obtained a certification in Human Resource Management from Loyola Marymount University in December 2012.
