Maryann Kongovi

Maryann Kongovi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at The Wright Institute, Maryann is dedicated to educating clinicians. As the Head of People Operations at Yotascale, key achievements include securing SOC2 certifications in record time. Previously, as VP of Customer Success and People Operations at Pave, Maryann significantly expanded the Customer Success team and co-created a Total Rewards strategy. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Algolia, Code for America, and Google, where responsibilities spanned people operations, sales, and strategic development. Maryann's educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and an MA from the University of Oxford.
