Sivan Kremer - Ilan

Sivan Kremer - Ilan has extensive experience in organizational development and learning. Sivan is currently working as the VP of OD at Yotpo since July 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of OD at Yotpo since June 2021. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at NSO Group as the OD and Learning Director. Before that, from 2011 to 2017, they held multiple roles at Amdocs including Organizational Development Manager, "Shapers" Lead, and OD Expert and Consultant. Sivan began their career at the Israel Defense Forces - Unit 8200 as an Organizational Development Manager from 2007 to 2010. Sivan also worked as the Organizational Development Manager at Golani - Infantry Brigade from 2005 to 2007.

Sivan Kremer-Ilan began their education journey in 1999 at the University of Haifa, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology under the Honors BA program. Sivan then pursued further education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master of Science degree in Industrial Psychology. Following this, Sivan embarked on a Ph.D. program at Tel Aviv University, specializing in Organizational Behavior and studying from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Sivan Kremer-Ilan has obtained certifications that have furthered their professional development. In 2014, they became an Internal News Coach through the Momentum Group. Additionally, in 2020, Sivan obtained certification in the Dynamics of Consulting from CFAR: Consulting and Coaching.
