Sr. Technical Account Manager at Yottaa

Nicholas Machado has a strong background in technical support and account management. Nicholas began their career at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist in 2008, where they stayed for four years. Nicholas then joined Amazon Robotics as a Technical Support Engineer for a few months in 2012 before moving back to eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions in the same role. In 2016, Nicholas joined Demandware, later acquired by Salesforce, as a Technical Support Engineer. Shortly after, they transitioned to Yottaa as a Sr. Technical Account Manager, where they currently work.

Nicholas Machado earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University between the years 2012 and 2015.
