Laura Warecki

Laura Warecki is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer support, art, and pet care. Currently employed at YNAB as a Queue Expert and Full-time Support Specialist, Laura focuses on assisting users with account technical issues and helping customers achieve their financial goals. As the Founder and Creative Director of Paper Taxi, Laura specializes in commercial art for various products and runs an online shop. Previous roles include managing pet care operations at The Amazing Pet Companion and Active Paws, as well as content curation at shopkick and production assistance at Curly Girl Design. Laura holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
