Lauren Cremean

Lauren Cremean has extensive experience in customer support and education. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at YNAB since April 2021, Lauren previously worked as a Guest English Teacher in Korean public schools from November 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included leading English classes and developing teaching materials. Additional roles include Business Development Assistant at In Jest, Inc., Technology Manager/Development Assistant at Young Audiences of Western New York, and Ecosystem Preserve Program Assistant at Calvin College. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Calvin University, obtained in May 2015.
