Melanie Potts

Melanie Potts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international trade and technology. Currently employed as a QA Analyst and previously as a Support Specialist at YNAB since August 2020, Melanie has a solid background in advising businesses on overseas sales during a 17-year tenure at the Department for International Trade (DIT). Additionally, participation in the Sky initiative "Get Into Tech" equipped Melanie with software development skills, including Agile delivery and various programming languages. Prior work as an International Trade Coordinator at UK Trade & Investment involved event organization and customer support. Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies from Liverpool John Moores University.
