Måns Holmgren

Måns Holmgren has a long history of work experience in finance, accounting, and QA compliance. Måns began their career in 1997 as a Reimbursement Analyst at Girling Healthcare. In 2000, they moved to Computer Sciences Corporation as a Controller. Måns then worked as a Business Controlling Manager at Hilti from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they were the CFO of Avail Intelligence. During this time, they were a member of the Executive Management team and was responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. In 2013, they took on the role of Director of Finance, Administration & HR EMEA and Interim CFO at RichRelevance. During this time, they were a member of the Executive Management team and managed the merger for finance, admin & HR related processes. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Grundare & Ekonomichef at Kollektiva and Grundare & konsult at Morlandstegen Invest AB, where they had 20 years of experience in CFO related tasks, strategy, and board work, as well as 10 years of experience in QA audits in Medical Devices. Måns is currently the Chief Financial Officer at YouCruit, a position they have held since 2022.

Måns Holmgren obtained a BSc in Finance from Louisiana State University between 1995 and 1997. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Economic Theirtory from Lund University between 1993 and 1994. Måns also obtained a Swedsec Bolånerådgivning certification from SwedSec Licensiering AB in December 2021.
