Tilly Heald

Tilly Heald is Chief Governance & Compliance Officer and Company Secretary to the YouGov plc Board of Directors. She has been with YouGov since 2010, initially as an Executive Assistant before taking on the role of Company Secretary and eventually setting up the Governance Department which now includes the legal, compliance, data privacy, facilities and secretariat teams. Prior to joining YouGov and embarking on a governance, risk and compliance career, she worked in the film and media industries in the UK and Australia. Tilly holds a BA (Hons) and is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute.
