Jennifer Ryan

Jennifer Ryan has a wealth of experience in the healthcare field. Jennifer began their career in 2010, working as a Math Tutor at their high school. In 2012, they became the Head Coach of the Developmental Swim Program at Cascades Swimming. Jennifer then worked as a Social Work Intern at Beth Sholom Home, Department of Social Services, and VCUHS Childcare at Northside between 2013 and 2014. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Direct Service Provider at Autism Continuum Therapies and as a Shelter and Permanent Supportive Housing Intensive Case Manager Intern at Northern Virginia Family Service. Since 2016, they have been employed at Community Support Services, Inc., first as the Assistant Clinical Director of Children's Services and then as the Director of Clinical Services. In 2021, they began working as the Lead Clinical Therapist and Clinical Director at Youme Healthcare.

Jennifer Ryan obtained their Advanced Diploma from Loudoun Valley High School in 2009-2012. Jennifer then went on to earn a Bachelor of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University from 2012-2015. After that, they obtained their Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) in Clinical Social Work from George Mason University in 2015-2016. In December 2019, they obtained their Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical from the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners. Jennifer also holds a Registered Behavior Technician certification.
