Marisol Peters

Marisol oversees the agency’s information technology infrastructure, streamlining internal operations to meet YAI’s strategic goals. She brings more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, project management, quality assurance, risk management, big data analytics, security, and product development. Marisol has a distinguished track record of leading innovative technology projects. Most recently, she served as CIO for Saint Clare’s Health, a multi-site health care system in New Jersey, where she oversaw information technology for three hospitals and 20 remote sites. In addition to her current role at YAI, Marisol also serves as an adjunct professor of Engineering Technology at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Marisol holds a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where she is a doctoral candidate. A recognized industry expert, Marisol has presented on best practices to representatives from the Mayo Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, The Hospital for Special Surgery, and other industry leaders.
