The executive team at YMCA of Gloucester County has a history of working in various businesses and organizations. The current CEO used to be a business strategy consultant at Accenture. The Associate Executive Director used to work as a program director at YMCA of Greater Rochester. Both SUNY Geneseo and Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management offer programs that the executive team has taken advantage of to gain their education in finance, marketing, and management.
