Valerie Bowman

Valerie Bowman is a seasoned investment banking and real estate professional with extensive experience in strategic investment banking, M&A, private placement, and real estate advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Young America Capital since February 2020, Valerie leads a team of over 18 bankers and brokerage professionals, spearheading business development and deal completion efforts. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates, Senior Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle, and First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis, where Valerie managed complex corporate real estate transactions and strategies for prominent clients. Valerie began their career as an Account Manager at Cushman & Wakefield and held a VP position at Binswanger Advisory Services, contributing to national transactions for clients such as Comcast and Johnson & Johnson. Academic credentials include a BS in Business with a Retail Concentration from Skidmore College and additional studies at the American College in London.
