Karl Fancher

Karl Fancher has over 35 years of work experience in sales and marketing. Karl began their career in 1983 at C M Buck & Associates, Inc. as an Inside Salesperson, providing technical support to customers and processing and managing orders. Karl then moved up to Sales Manager and Outside Salesperson, where they were responsible for managing the sales of multiple product lines to direct OEM customers and negotiating sales agreements. In this role, they were also responsible for specifying products by working with engineers from their manufacturers and customers. After 10 years at C M Buck & Associates, Inc., they were promoted to Vice President of the OEM Division, where they managed the Ohio Valley Region (Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky) and grew sales by 400% and net profit by 600%.

In 2017, Karl Fancher moved to Crossroads Industrial Services, where they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2018, they joined Youngblood Automation as the Regional Sales Manager.

Karl Fancher attended Purdue University from 1978 to 1983, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology in the field of Engineering.
