Grazia Shahryary

Grazia Shahryary has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Grazia first worked as a Human Resources Recruiting Manager at Formel D Group from September 2017 to October 2019. Grazia then joined Ogulo as a People & Culture Manager from November 2019 to October 2020. Currently, they are working at YoungCapital Deutschland, where they started as a Senior Human Resources Manager in November 2020 and is currently serving as the Team Lead Human Resources since May 2022.

Grazia Shahryary completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from Aachen University of Applied Sciences - FH Aachen in 2016. Grazia then pursued a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie - berufsbegleitend from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they completed in 2021.
