Tom Madders

Tom Madders is an experienced leader in communications and campaigns, currently serving as Interim Chair of Trustees and Trustee at Gingerbread since July 2021. Madders has been the Director of Communications and Campaigns at YoungMinds since November 2016, contributing significantly as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously, Madders held several roles at The National Autistic Society from March 2009 to October 2016, ultimately serving as Co-CEO (interim) and leading national campaigns. Earlier career experiences include positions at Sense, Mencap, and Diabetes UK, where significant contributions involved campaigning, parliamentary engagement, and project management. Madders holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of York.
