Drew Bauer

Drew Bauer has extensive work experience spanning several industries. Drew is currently serving as the Executive Vice President & CFO at Young's Holdings, where they lead the global treasury function. Before joining Young's Holdings in 2015, they worked as the Senior Vice President, Finance & Treasurer at Young's Market Company. Prior to that, they held positions at AerCap Holdings, GUESS?, INC., Experian plc, C.E.Peterson & Company, The Jim Pattison Group, Merrill Lynch & Company, PwC Securities LLC, and Sanwa Bank California. Their roles included responsibilities such as strategic finance, investment banking, and corporate finance advisory services. Drew has demonstrated expertise in treasury functions, M&A, financial planning, risk management, and asset management.

Drew Bauer has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, which was obtained in 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting/Finance from New York University between 1992 and 1994. Additionally, Drew Bauer holds several certifications including a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license from the AICPA, a Real Estate Broker License from the California Bureau of Real Estate (CalBRE), and Series 7 and 63 certifications (currently inactive) from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
