Crystal M. Hawthorne

Crystal M. Hawthorne, pHCLE is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition and Professional Learning at Youngstown City School District. Prior to this role, Crystal worked at Youngstown State University for over two decades, holding positions such as Coordinator of Teacher Licensure and Academic Advisor. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Education, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration.
