Erin Donahue

Erin Donahue, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Erin is currently serving as the Director of Sales Programs & Operations at Younique Products since June 2021. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Director, Incentives at Norwex from April 2017 to May 2021.

In 2016, Erin worked as the Owner/Consultant at Visionary FIX. Erin was responsible for providing consulting services during this period. From October 2015 to September 2016, Erin served as the Director of Product & Customer Development at Monat Global.

Before that, they worked at It Works! Global as the Director of International Product Development from December 2014 to September 2015. Erin's experience also includes their role as the Director of Sales Incentives & Recognition at Origami Owl from February 2013 to August 2014.

Erin Donahue, MBA, has a diverse education history spanning various institutions and fields of study. In 1994, they attended Classic Beauty College, where they obtained a license in cosmetology. Following this, Erin enrolled at Mesa Community College from 1995 to 1998 and earned an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Fine Arts - Art. Continuing their studies, they pursued a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree at Arizona State University from 1995 to 2001, majoring in Art History and Business. Later, in 2004, Erin Donahue pursued an MBA/GM (Master of Business Administration, Global Management) at the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2006. Finally, in 2009, they received a Certificate in High Impact Project Management from Arizona State University.
