Kimberlee Hiatt

Kimberlee Hiatt began their work experience as a Summer Law Clerk at the Utah Court of Appeals in 2002. In 2003, they worked as a Summer Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. From 2004 to 2009, they served as a Corporate Associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. In 2009, they joined Pacific Clinical Research Medical Group, where they worked as the Director of Operations and Legal Counsel until 2013. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Corporate Associate at Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere for two years before becoming the Vice President of Legal Operations at Younique Products in 2016.

Kimberlee Hiatt has a strong educational background. Kimberlee obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Journalism from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at BYU Law School, where they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained BAR Admission certifications from both the Utah State Bar in October 2014 and the California State Bar in November 2004.
