Diana Iruegas is the CEO of YouNoodle. Diana has over fifteen years of experience in finance and trade.

Diana started their career at Ancora Trade, S.A. in January 2004 as the Director of Finance Processes. In this role, they were responsible for bank payments, invoicing, cash flow, and fiscal strategies. Diana also oversaw the company's process improvement initiatives and the implementation of KPIs and key business processes. Diana was a key decision-maker and problem-solver at Ancora Trade, always keeping up with supply market trends, supplier economics, and best sourcing practices.

In August 2003, Diana took on the role of NAFTA Desk at the Mexican Embassy in the United States. In this role, they served as the link between Mexican suppliers and American buyers. Diana gained valuable negotiating experience by supporting Mexican companies with the sale of their products. Sometimes this involved translating information about their products, and other times it involved explaining how to set an export price. Diana also wrote articles for the NAFTA magazine that was published by the Mexican Embassy on a monthly basis.

Diana's experience in finance and trade has allowed their to excel in their current role as CEO of YouNoodle. Under their leadership, the company has continued to grow and thrive. Diana is a visionary leader who is always looking for ways to improve their team's performance and take the company to new heights.

Diana Iruegas has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from University of Phoenix in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. Diana also has a Licenciatura from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Negocios internacionales/Comercio internacional. In addition, they have a certification from LinkedIn in Jeff Weiner on Establishing a Culture and a Plan for Scaling. Diana also has a certification from CertiProf in OKR Advanced. Furthermore, they have a certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in Mastering Sales. Lastly, they have a certification from LinkedIn in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
