Tony Gearhart is a seasoned sales professional with a diverse background in management and leadership. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Your Home Improvement Company since March 2023, Tony previously held the position of General Manager at DaBella, where leadership resulted in record performance across sales, canvass, and installation teams. As Sales Team Lead at DaBella Exteriors, Tony developed one of the highest producing teams in Portland and quickly established a top team in Boise. Earlier in career, Tony owned Allstate - Gearhart Insurance Inc., successfully growing the agency from 300 to 1400 policies within three and a half years before selling it and acquiring a second agency in Vancouver, WA.
