Donna Ridings

Donna Ridings, CMIOSH, serves as the Head of Occupational Health & Safety at Your Housing Group since January 2020. Prior to this role, Donna held the position of Head of Health & Safety at The Guinness Partnership from September 2013 to January 2020 and was the owner of DG Safety Consulting for a brief period in 2013. Donna's extensive experience includes serving as Safety Manager at Thomas Cook Airlines Limited and Risk & Safety Manager at TUI. Beginning a career in public health, Donna was a Senior Environmental Health Officer at Trafford MBC for over a decade. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Wellbeing from Leeds Trinity University, a Diploma in International Risk Management from the Institute of Risk Management, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health from The University of Salford, among others.
