Rachel Dowd

Rachel Dowd, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Customer Success Manager at YourCause from Blackbaud since June 2019, having previously held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Advocate within the same organization. Prior to this position, Rachel worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at Pill Club for nearly a year and held the role of Assistant Store Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. from April 2017 to February 2018. Additionally, Rachel was a Merchandise Coordinator - Keyholder at The TJX Companies, Inc. for over three years. Rachel earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of North Texas between May 2021 and July 2022, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the same institution from 2014 to 2017.
