Ashwitha RR has held four positions in the past three years. In 2021, they began working as an Operations Executive at YourDOST - Your Emotional Wellness Coach. Prior to that, in 2020, they held the same position at The Climber and also worked as a Merchandising Intern at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. In 2018, they worked as a Merchandiser at Texport Syndicate India Ltd.

Ashwitha RR completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree from VIT University (Chennai Campus) in 2020. Prior to that, they attended SBOA School & Junior College and Sri Chaitanya College of Education.
