Sammi Horstman

Sammi Horstman has a diverse work experience in the mental health field. Sammi is currently working as a Clinical Director at YourPath since May 2022. Previously, they worked at NUWAY from August 2018 to May 2022, holding roles as Program Manager and Counselor. Sammi also worked as a Psychotherapist at Fairview Health Services from January 2018 to August 2018. Before that, they were a MI/CD Counselor at HealthEast from July 2017 to January 2018. Sammi worked as a Therapist at Scott County, Minnesota from February 2016 to July 2017, providing school-based therapy for ages K-12. From February 2015 to February 2016, they worked as a Therapist at The Emily Program, specializing in residential eating disorder therapy. Additionally, they gained experience as a Mental Health Therapist at Meridian Behavioral Health, LLC in 2014, and as a Chemical Health Counselor at Restoration Counseling and Community Services from May 2014 to November 2014.
