Amy Miller-Weiland

Amy Miller-Weiland has extensive experience in the field of professional services and instructional design. Starting in 2002, they worked at Ultradent Products, Inc. as part of the International Marketing Division, where they handled customer education, event planning, and content creation. From 2007 to 2017, they served as the Vice President of Consulting and Development at Jefferson Smith Training and Consulting, where they led the design and facilitation of custom workshops and programs.

In 2013, Miller-Weiland joined the Professional Education department at the University of Utah, working as an Associate Instructor and Instructional Designer. In 2017, they became the Director of Training and Educational Development at PositiveIQ, overseeing the design and delivery of training courses, particularly for their fintech product.

From 2018 to 2022, they worked at AllenComm, where they held multiple roles. As a Senior Performance Consultant, they led the design of custom learning and development programs for Fortune 500 organizations. Amy also served as the L&D Performance Strategy Manager, leading a team of consultants and professionals to create impactful programs for clients such as KraftHeinz, Walmart, and State Farm.

Currently, Miller-Weiland is the Vice President of Professional Services at YouScience, where they direct the organization's Professional Services division, manages project teams, and establishes revenue goals. Amy is also responsible for strategizing revenue expansion for the organization.

Amy Miller-Weiland completed their education at the University of Utah, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with Cum Laude honors. Amy also studied Communication and Journalism at the same university. Prior to attending the University of Utah, they attended Viewmont High School.
