Joanne Troutman

Joanne Troutman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joanne is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., where they focus on delivering community-based alternatives to residential care and incarceration. Prior to this, Joanne worked as the Director of Social Impact Programs at eCornell, where they developed programs and partnerships to support underserved communities. Joanne also has experience as a Strategic Advisor & Consultant at Crave Consulting, President & CEO at United Way - Greater Susquehanna Valley, and Director of Resource Development at NICHOLAS WOLFF FOUNDATION INC. Joanne has a background in fundraising and development, with previous roles as the Director of Development at Evangelical Community Hospital and the Director of Susquehanna University Fund/Associate Campaign Director at Susquehanna University. Joanne has also worked as a General Assignment and Health Reporter at The Daily Item, where they covered various stories and received recognition for their health reporting. Joanne has demonstrated success in fundraising, program development, and building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Joanne Troutman possesses a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Susquehanna University. Joanne also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management & Leadership from Western Governors University.
