Vaughn Black is an experienced professional with a diverse background in therapeutic and educational roles. Currently serving as the Head Wrestling Coach at Lebanon High School since October 2012 and as a Family Based Therapist for Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. since September 2012, Vaughn implements family and sibling sessions using a family systems approach and strength-based interventions. Prior to these positions, Vaughn worked as a Clinical Manager at George Junior Republic from January 2008 to August 2012, overseeing the care and treatment of multicultural youth, facilitating anger management training, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Vaughn began a career in corrections as a Correctional Officer at Lebanon County Correctional Facility from July 2005 to January 2008, focusing on building rapport with inmates and managing behavior through verbal interventions. Vaughn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Public Health at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
