Advocacy and Case Management Team

The Advocacy and Case Management Team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. works to provide personalized, community-based support to at-risk youth as an alternative to incarceration and institutional placements. Team members, consisting of Youth Advocates, Senior Advocates, and Case Managers, develop and implement tailored service plans to address the unique needs of each individual, promoting positive behavioral changes and facilitating access to essential resources. The team's goal is to help youth lead successful, independent lives while maintaining the commitment to equality and nondiscrimination inherent in YAP's mission.
