Lisa Metcalf is the Head of People at Youth Futures Foundation with a wealth of experience in HR and business management. Lisa has held various leadership roles in companies such as Quarry Mount Primary School, Learning Partnerships, and I Consult Yorkshire Ltd & Icon Group. Lisa has also worked as an HR Manager at Aeroservices and as an Associate Consultant at Fusion HR. With CIPD qualifications and a degree in HR Management from Leeds Beckett University, Lisa brings a strong HR background to their current role.
