Alithea Casimir

Alithea Casimir, LICSW, currently serves as the Program & Partnership Manager at Youth Guidance, focusing on the development of school-based programs to support children's educational success. Previously, Alithea held various roles at Justice Resource Institute, including Program Director and Clinician within the Boston Trauma Response initiative. Additional experience includes serving as a Family Advocate at Horizons for Homeless Children and as a Mental Health Clinician at Children's Services of Roxbury, Inc. Alithea's early career includes marketing positions at Bank of America and Columbia Management. Alithea holds a Master of Social Work from Wheelock College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
