Tadiwa Muradzikwa has diverse experience in human resources and people management. Currently, they serve as the Director of People, Culture, and Belonging at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa, where they provide strategic leadership and direction in areas such as human resources initiatives, employee relations, and recruitment efforts. Prior to this role, Tadiwa worked as the Human Resources Director at SeedChange, where they formulated organization-wide HR strategies and policies, managed talent development efforts, and ensured compliance with new legislation. They also have experience working at international organizations such as the International Civil Aviation Organization and the United Nations, where they held various roles related to social security, benefits management, recruitment, and HR support. Tadiwa's early experience includes positions as a Recruitment Associate at the United Nations Volunteers and a Training and Career Development Assistant at the United Nations. They also have work experience in the private sector as a Human Resources Manager at AfricaSun Hotels and a Human Resources Officer at CFI Holdings. Tadiwa has a DSocSci, MSc, MBA, and BA degree.
