Job Description: Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you will be working on exciting projects & new technologies (A.I chatbot, GenAI, LLM) initiatives. Your role is pivotal in developing a smooth and customer-focused chatbot that can handle daily customer queries. You will work at the intersection of technology, collaborating with development teams to streamline customer service workflows, delivery, and management & maintenance of the systems/products. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services to our users efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer facing Chatbot system using latest GenAI / LLM practices

• Develop the chatbot to achieve business objectives, goals and KPIs, working closely with various stakeholders Develop other potential GenAI projects that delivers business impact

• Working remotely with Data team and other members (Engineering, IT, DevOps, etc) based in Singapore HQ

Responsibilities:

• 3-5  years of experience in a GenAI / Chatbot / Backend  or similar role
• Experienced in python, Golang, AWS, GenAI/LLM knowledge (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of GenAI / LLM technologies and concepts
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for collaboration.
