Amanda Tang

Amanda Tang has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Amanda most recently served as the Head of People & Culture at YouTrip, a Southeast Asian-focused fintech company that aims to revolutionize digital financial services. Previously, Amanda worked at Trax Retail, where they held multiple roles, including Global HRBP & Head of Talent Acquisition and Regional HR Manager & Lead for APAC & Greater China. At Tetra Pak, Amanda was the Regional Talent Acquisition Team Lead, responsible for establishing and managing a regional recruiting function. Amanda also worked at DKSH as an Assistant Manager in Resourcing & Talent Acquisition APAC, focusing on executive recruitment. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Morgan Philips Executive Search, where they specialized in middle to senior management executive hires across the Asia Pacific region. Amanda also has experience as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half, specializing in executive search in the financial services sector. Prior to transitioning to HR, they worked as a Banker & Corporate Trader at Standard Chartered Bank. Overall, Amanda has a strong background in HR strategy implementation, talent acquisition, HR operations, recruitment, and business partnering.

Amanda Tang has a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from RMIT University. Amanda also has a Diploma in Marketing Management from Nanyang Polytechnic. In addition to their formal education, Amanda obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter in November 2015 from LinkedIn Certification.
