Karisa Blasco

Karisa Blasco has a diverse work experience across various companies. Karisa is currently at YouTube, where they serve as the Head of Operations. In this role, they lead Product and Engineering teams focused on improving the customer support agent experience. Karisa also supports major YouTube product launches. Before joining YouTube, Karisa worked at Google for several years in various roles, including Manager and Technical Account Manager. Karisa started their career at Residential Student Services and Programs as a Helpdesk Specialist.

Karisa Blasco earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of California, Berkeley, from 2007 to 2011. Karisa later obtained a Certificate in Advanced Program Management from Stanford University, from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they have a certification in Stanford Advanced Project Management from Stanford University.
