Caroline Seton

Caroline Seton has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR. Caroline started their career as a Graduate Recruitment Manager at Badenoch & Clark, where they developed and implemented a graduate recruitment scheme and training program. Caroline also managed the cradle-to-grave recruitment process and designed a 12-month training program.

Caroline then moved on to become a Resourcing Manager at Badenoch & Clark, where they managed the integration of a privately owned business in the Netherlands and Germany into the group. Caroline restructured the company, implemented a new induction and basic training program, and aligned the reward scheme with parent company goals and objectives.

After that, Caroline worked as a European HR Business Partner at MPS Group, where they developed and implemented the HR strategy for the company. Caroline focused on managing talent, improving performance, and developing management and leadership skills. Caroline managed multiple projects across the UK, Benelux, Germany, and Poland.

Following their role at MPS Group, Caroline worked as a People Business Partner for Virgin, where they provided HR consultancy services to various start-up and steady-state SME businesses within the Virgin Group. Caroline reported to the Head of HR and had a broad role managing stakeholders internationally within a complex organizational structure.

Most recently, Caroline served as the People & Culture Director at YouView TV Limited, a B2B and B2C connected TV service. Caroline joined the company pre-launch and led its growth through its early lifecycle. As the People & Culture Director, they reported to the CEO and was responsible for overseeing the company's HR functions.

Caroline Seton's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled in the University of East Anglia. Caroline spent four years there and graduated in 2000 with a degree in Environmental Science.
