Marina Wright

Marina Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Marina started their career at Royal Mail as a Project Assistant from 1995 to 2000. Marina then moved to Babcock International Group, where they worked as an IT Project Manager from 2003 to 2010, focusing on various IT projects including infrastructure upgrades and application implementations.

In 2010, Marina joined the University of Southampton as a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager, responsible for overseeing projects and programs. Marina then transitioned to Jobsite in 2011, where they worked as a Senior Project Manager until 2013.

Marina's career progressed to Arqiva in 2013, where they became a Programme Manager, successfully delivering multiple IT transformation projects. Marina managed a team of Project Managers and IT PMOs, ensuring successful project delivery and managing a significant budget. Marina remained at Arqiva until 2018.

From 2018 to 2020, Marina held the position of Head of Delivery at Iglu.com, overseeing the delivery of various projects and managing the delivery team.

Currently, Marina is working at YouView TV Limited as the Head of Delivery. Their responsibilities include leading various functions within the Delivery team, project and programme management, Agile coaching, and overseeing the utilization of the OKR framework.

Throughout their career, Marina has showcased their expertise in project management, team leadership, and IT delivery, contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Marina Wright graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology. Marina completed their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Marina has obtained two certifications. In 2012, they received the Agile Practitioner certification from APMG International. In 2011, they obtained the Prince 2 Practitioner certification from BISHOPSTOKE IT LIMITED. However, specific information regarding the months of certification acquisition is not provided.
