Andrew L. is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at YPrime since April 2023, where Andrew previously held the position of Senior Director of Support Services from November 2017 to April 2021. Prior to this, Andrew worked at CRF Health as the Senior Director of Global Logistics and Director of Global Support Services from May 2009 to April 2017. Andrew also has experience as the Director of Technical Customer Services at etrials Worldwide from January 2000 to May 2009 and at etrials from 2001 to 2008.
