Ivana Matijasevic

Ivana Müller currently serves as the Human Factors & User Experience Manager at Ypsomed AG since October 2021, having previously held the position of Trainee Usability & Human Factors at the same company from February to August 2021. Prior to this, Ivana gained experience in the healthcare sector with Agrisano / Schweizer Bauernverband, working in Medizinische Leistungen from September 2013 to August 2018, and began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at SBB CFF FFS from July 2012 to July 2013. Earlier experience includes a brief role in Management Services at BDO in April 2011. Ivana holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, specializing in Business Psychology, from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, completed between 2018 and 2021, and obtained a Berufsmatur from Kantonsschule Baden in 2013, following studies at the same institution in Wirtschaftsmittelschule from 2009 to 2012.
