Ravi Kumar Sharma began their career in 2011 as a Business Associate for United Biscuits. In 2019, they moved to Ferrero as a Merchandising Officer. Since 2021, they have been working as a Sales Officer for Yu Foodlabs, where they help develop and market Instant Meal Bowls with no preservatives, additives, artificial flavorings or colors.

Ravi Kumar Sharma attended Delhi University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree.
