Process/manufacturing Engineer at Yuasa Battery

Donald Lebedynsky has worked for seven different companies since 2002. Donald's first job was as an AutoCAD Draftsman for RPA Associates from 2002 to 2007. Donald then worked as an Engineering Technician for GlaxoSmithKline from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they were a Project Engineer for Fres-co System USA, Inc., where they employed lean and six sigma principles to refine and improve waste reduction and improvements in inventory flow. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Engineer for Precise Graphix. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Process Engineer for Flexible Circuits Inc., where they were responsible for baselining the area they were assigned to by creating process maps and installing a 5S work life. In 2018, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Yuasa Battery, Inc., where they were responsible for improving the machines in the battery assembly area and assessing the efficiency of the machines on every line. Also in 2018, they worked as Vice President of Pottstown Borough Council Ward 3, where they were responsible for listening to the community's concerns and taking formal actions to remedy them.

Donald Lebedynsky's education history consists of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University (2007-2012), an Associate's degree in Drafting Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute (1989-1991), an Associate's degree in General from Montgomery County Community College (1988-1989), and high school from Spring-Ford High School. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Acuity Institute in November of 2022, and a PCA certification from Quality Management International Inc in October of 2018.
