Rachel Hardin

Rachel Hardin has extensive work experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, and event coordination. Rachel is currently employed at Yubico, where they hold a role in talent operations. Prior to this, Rachel worked at Coalfire, where they served as a recruiting operations specialist and a talent operations program analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as owning the pre-boarding and onboarding process, reporting and analyzing data, and serving as an HRIS and ATS administrator. Earlier in their career, Rachel worked at JLL as an event coordinator and an operations coordinator. In these positions, they coordinated numerous events, managed office operations, and facilitated the opening of a new office space. Rachel Hardin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government at the University of Kentucky from 2011 to 2015.
